day to day thoughts::this is the one
just playing with flash. it's been far too long since i just had fun in flash. I love getting away from it and have really been loving spending more time going in other directions, but i do forget how fun it is . . . and i couldn't sleep anyway. this playtime didn't nail it . . . but what i want to do is start posting to my url's that are full of cobweb's. first on the list is nastyphat.com. this could be a really fun site with the proper attention. keep your fingers crossed.
Can you believe the guys at MIT. check out this real time flat screen video combined with 3d modeling that remains in it's original location in space. Or you can reach out and grab it, move it around, then walk through it while filming it in real time. I'm very impressed. The possibilities of using this with goggles and creating installations then running through them.
welll i feel like that's enough time . . . and i feel like i have plenty of time on my hands. We are being tormented. The N Judah has risen to an entirely higher plane of disrupting my life. They decided to rip up the tracks and lay new ones . . . and they decided to attempt this over super bowl weekend. I don't mean they are working during the day . . . la di da. i mean the largest john deere tracktor trailer equipment rolled in on friday and they have worked nonstop. While the drills and back ho's are tearing through concrete, lights that could illuminate candlestick, that outdo sunshine on the clearest day blazes through our window like we are having a close encounter of the 3rd kind. Last night around 3.30-4, i walked around the site and documented the horror. the shots are rather cool and i feel like a kid playing with tonka trucks as i put this together, but i'd rather have sleep.
